2. The app “Anchor & Ledger”

The app does not collect, store or transmit any personal data to us or to third parties. It contains no ads, no analytics or tracking tools and no in-app purchases.

Save games are stored on your device. If iCloud is enabled, Apple syncs them between your devices under Apple's privacy policy.

Game Center is optional and can be turned off in the game's settings (off by default). When it is on, your company value and unlocked achievements are sent to Game Center (Apple).

Notifications are created on your device only.

3. This website

Hosting: This website is hosted by Railway Corporation, 548 Market St, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. When you visit, the server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser identifier) in server logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

No cookies, no tracking: This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads no third-party content. Fonts are served from our own server.

Email: If you write to us, we process your details to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed.

4. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
